Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase.

Fulfilment & Dispatch

Each order is fulfilled by purchasing directly from our trusted UK-based supplier. Once received at our premises, your item will be dispatched promptly. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Methods & Charges

We currently offer UK delivery with the following options:

• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £6.50

• Free Standard Delivery on orders over £72.00

• Free Delivery when collecting in-studio at Nubia Beauty & Brows, Sutton

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If a delivery is missed, you’ll need to contact the courier directly to rearrange — we’re unable to do this on your behalf.

For some parts of the UK such as Northern Ireland and the Highlands, delivery may be more and will take longer.

Regional Delivery Charges

Northern Ireland & Highlands:

​

• Orders under £72.00: £14.00 shipping fee

• Orders £72.00 and above: £8.00 shipping fee

 

Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands:

• Orders under £72.00: £16.00 shipping fee

• Orders £72.00 and above: £10.00 shipping fee

Estimated Delivery Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. During peak periods or supplier delays, delivery may take longer — we’ll keep you informed if that’s the case.

Local Pickup / In-Salon Collection

If you're local, you’re welcome to collect your order in person from Nubia Beauty & Brows, Sutton. We’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Please note: While in-salon pickup is available, delivery charges may still apply if the item is not currently in stock and needs to be ordered in.  Contact us before completing your delivery to discuss.

International Orders

For orders outside the United Kingdom or not covered in the areas above, shipping costs will be quoted on an individual basis depending on the weight, volume, and destination. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss delivery options.
