Returns Eligibility
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In its original, undamaged packaging

 

To protect the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on certain hygiene-sensitive items, including opened skincare and beauty products.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at nubiashore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll be notified by email once your refund is processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nubiashore@gmail.com with a photo and description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
